Page Health Check · Prepared by Michael
What the $749 Page Check gives your site editor
A useful paid review turns a wider inquiry path into a supported action list. This example shows a confirmed page issue, a usability question and a measurement gap, each with a clear next check.
Entirely fictional paid-report example. Names, page behavior, dates and review notes illustrate the format. No actual website was tested. Illustrations here are not screenshots or customer results.
The agreed inquiry path
- Business
- Meridian Commerce Co. (fictional)
- Visitor action
- Request a wholesale account review
- Pages
- https://meridian.example/wholesale/ https://meridian.example/wholesale/requirements/ https://meridian.example/wholesale/request/
- Site editor
- The business's existing site editor (fictional role)
- Scope accepted
- Fictional agreed scope date: September 1, 2026
- Delivery date
- Fictional delivery date: September 11, 2026
Start with these actions
- Keep the inquiry button clear of the open banner — Ask the editor to adjust the banner or reserve space so it cannot cover the inquiry action. Choose the change that fits the existing layout. (confirmed)
- Test whether visitors understand the account requirements — Have the business confirm the correct requirement and timing. Test a short explanation with prospective users before treating it as a conversion improvement. (hypothesis)
- Verify the route from form receipt to the responsible inbox — Agree a controlled submission check with the owner and receiving role. Keep this item unverified until the receipt and delivery can be matched. (measurement gap)

Keep the inquiry button clear of the open banner
- Page
- https://meridian.example/wholesale/
- Observed
- 2026-09-08T09:00:00-05:00
- Environment
- Fictional desktop browser; narrow viewport 390 × 844 CSS pixels and wide viewport 1440 × 900. This behavior is invented to demonstrate the report format.
- What was observed
- In the fictional narrow-view scenario, the open banner sits over the wholesale inquiry button. A pointer click at the button position hits the banner instead. The wide-view scenario has no overlap.
- Expected or question to test
- A visible primary inquiry button can be activated while the banner is open.
- Reproduction steps
- 1. Open the agreed wholesale page at 390 × 844. 2. Scroll until the inquiry button is in view. 3. Open the banner. 4. Attempt pointer and keyboard activation. 5. Capture the outcome and repeat at 1440 × 900.
- Recommended action
- Ask the editor to adjust the banner or reserve space so it cannot cover the inquiry action. Choose the change that fits the existing layout.
- Acceptance check
- At both agreed viewports, open and close the banner. The inquiry button remains visible, reachable by keyboard and activatable. Its destination stays the agreed inquiry page.

02 · hypothesis
Test whether visitors understand the account requirements
- Page
- https://meridian.example/wholesale/requirements/
- Observed
- 2026-09-08T09:15:00-05:00
- Environment
- Fictional copy review at the same narrow and wide viewports.
- What was observed
- The invented requirements page asks visitors for a resale certificate but gives no explanation of when it is needed. That alone does not prove visitors are confused.
- Expected or question to test
- Question to test: can a prospective buyer explain eligibility, required information and the next step using the page alone?
- Reproduction steps
- Read the page as a new wholesale prospect. Ask an appropriate prospective user to explain the requirements in their own words without help. Record the gaps they actually identify.
- Recommended action
- Have the business confirm the correct requirement and timing. Test a short explanation with prospective users before treating it as a conversion improvement.
- Acceptance check
- The business owner validates the statement. Test participants can describe what they need now and what is requested later. Report observations without inventing a conversion-rate effect.

03 · measurement gap
Verify the route from form receipt to the responsible inbox
- Page
- https://meridian.example/wholesale/request/
- Observed
- 2026-09-08T09:30:00-05:00
- Environment
- Fictional public-page review. No form was submitted and no mailbox or account was accessed.
- What was observed
- The public form is visible. Whether a submitted inquiry reaches the responsible inbox cannot be established by looking at the page.
- Expected or question to test
- With agreed test details, a synthetic inquiry has a matching stored receipt and is seen by the responsible business role.
- Reproduction steps
- Agree the exact harmless test fields with the business first. Have the site owner make or authorize the single test. Record the confirmation ID and ask the receiving role to verify the matching receipt.
- Recommended action
- Agree a controlled submission check with the owner and receiving role. Keep this item unverified until the receipt and delivery can be matched.
- Acceptance check
- The single approved test is matched to a stored receipt and the receiving role confirms it reached their actual workflow. Remove only the exact synthetic record if the owner requests that.

Measurement coverage
No performance or real-user metrics were supplied. They are unmeasured, with no inferred pass, failure or score.
Limits of this review
Entirely fictional three-page example. No real browser measurements, screenshots, form submission, field-performance data, analytics or sales data were collected. It demonstrates structure and classifications only.
A visible issue alone does not establish lost inquiries or revenue. A usability hypothesis remains a question until tested.
