Page Health Check
Fixed-fee website diagnostics for logistics companies and consumer brands.
Your website is measured constantly, by people who will never tell you what they found. A buyer who waits four seconds leaves. A phone that renders your quote form off the edge of the screen loses the quote. A search engine reads a page with no description and writes its own.
This is a diagnostic, not an agency. You get a written report with every finding measured, sourced and ranked. Your developer does the fixing, on your schedule, at your cost. Nobody here touches your code, your hosting, or your cart.
Start with the free scan
Send a URL. In 72 hours you get a one-page reading of that page: what is slow, what is missing, and what it is likely costing you, with the measurement next to each line so you can check it yourself.
It needs nothing from you. No login, no analytics access, no call, no form-fill marathon. The page is public, so the work can be done before you even reply.
What a finding looks like
One entry from the ranked list, exactly as it appears in the report: rank and check ID, the finding, the measurement, the fix.
Largest Contentful Paint is poor for real users
Fix the LCP element first: preload the hero image, drop its byte size, and remove blocking resources ahead of it.
Taken from the fictional sample. See a full sample scan (fictional company).
What the paid audit covers
- 1. Speed and Core Web Vitals
- Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint and Cumulative Layout Shift, taken at the 75th percentile of your real visitors, mobile and desktop reported separately. Good: LCP ≤ 2.5 s · INP ≤ 200 ms · CLS ≤ 0.10
- 2. Conversion path
- Every step between landing and a lead or an order, counted. Where the form is, how many fields it asks for, and what happens on a phone.
- 3. Mobile experience
- Mobile measured on its own, not as a footnote to desktop. Most of the gap between the two is unintentional.
- 4. Search visibility
- Titles, descriptions, heading structure, canonical tags, structured data, and whether the pages you care about can actually be indexed.
- 5. AI answer-engine readability
- Whether an answer engine can find a sentence about you worth quoting, and whether it will get your name, your services and your location right.
- 6. Trust and measurement
- Certificates, security headers, console errors, and whether your analytics is recording what you think it is recording.
How the paid audit starts
- You confirm in writing that you own the site. Read-only analytics access is optional; the audit runs from outside either way.
- The seven-business-day clock starts.
- Report, scorecard and ranked fix list delivered. Paid on delivery.
Price
| What | Price | Turnaround |
|---|---|---|
| Page Flow Scan | Free | 72 hours |
| Page Health Check | $749 | 7 business days |
| Page Health Check Plus | $1,499 | 10 business days |
| Page Watch, monthly | $400 | monthly |
Flat fees, quoted before any work starts. No hourly billing, no scope creep, no retainer. The scan and the two audits are one-time; Page Watch bills monthly until you cancel.
Page Watch, monthly
$400 a month. On the first business day of each month the same six areas are re-measured, with the same catalogue, and you get:
- a diff against the previous month: what regressed, what got fixed;
- the ranked fix list, refreshed;
- one recommended change for the month;
- a re-check of last month’s recommended change.
Bills monthly, stops the month you say stop. Written to be forwarded to whoever maintains the site.
The guarantee
Every finding in the report carries a measurement you can reproduce in your own browser. If any number in it cannot be reproduced, the fee is refunded in full — not credited, refunded.
Seven business days from the moment access is complete. Later than that and $100 comes off for every business day, automatically, without you having to ask.
What this is not
Not a redesign. Not development. Not SEO retainers, ad management, content marketing, or a monthly call. No implementation work is offered or sold, so there is nothing to upsell you into and no reason to inflate a finding.
The report is written to be handed to whoever already maintains your site. If you would rather hand it to someone new, ask and you will get names, with no fee attached in either direction.
Who does the work
Michael. Eight years in distribution and fulfillment operations, from frontline supervisor to director carrying the P&L of a building with several hundred people in it, where a missed measurement costs real money by the end of the shift. Page Health Check is the same discipline pointed at a website: measure it, rank what is broken by what it costs, hand over the list.
