Walk your website like your next customer.
Check one path from a public page to a quote, booking or contact request. Turn what you observe into clear actions for your site editor.
You inspect the page and answer 12 questions. This tool does not visit or scan your website. Your answers and notes stay in this tab and are not sent or saved by the tool. Download your checklist to keep it.

Can the intended buyer tell this page is for them?
Read the main heading and first paragraph. Look for the customer type, service and problem this page addresses.
Record: Yes / No / Not sure. Add the evidence and next check.
Can the buyer tell whether their need fits?
Look for the details a buyer needs before contacting you, such as locations, service type or ordering requirements.
Record: Yes / No / Not sure. Add the evidence and next check.
Are the page’s claims supported by something specific?
Look for an accurate process description, relevant capability detail or an authorized example. Customer logos and testimonials are not required.
Record: Yes / No / Not sure. Add the evidence and next check.
Does the main button say what happens next?
Find the primary next step. Its words should match the action: request a quote, discuss a project, book an appointment or contact the business.
Record: Yes / No / Not sure. Add the evidence and next check.
Does the contact route reach the intended destination?
Follow the main link on a page you own or may review. Check the destination page, email address or phone number. Do not send a request yet.
Record: Yes / No / Not sure. Add the evidence and next check.
Can you reach and use that route on a narrow screen?
Use a phone or narrow browser viewport. Open any sticky banner. Look for covered buttons, cut-off fields and sideways scrolling. Record which method you used.
Record: Yes / No / Not sure. Add the evidence and next check.
Can you reach the main action with a keyboard?
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move through the page. Look for a visible focus indicator and check that Enter activates the intended link. Do not submit an inquiry.
Record: Yes / No / Not sure. Add the evidence and next check.
Are form labels and required fields clear?
Check visible labels, which fields are required and any unusual format instructions. A placeholder should not be the only label. Choose “No form” when the path uses email or phone only.
Record: Yes / No / Not sure / No form. Add the evidence and next check.
Is the information requested appropriate for this first step?
Ask the person handling inquiries which fields are needed to respond or route a request. Exact volumes or sensitive documents may belong later.
Record: Yes / No / Not sure / No form. Add the evidence and next check.
Does the form explain how to fix a simple error?
On a form you own or have permission to test, check an agreed recoverable error, such as leaving a required field blank. Do not create a booking, order or paid commitment.
Record: Yes / No / Not sure / No form. Add the evidence and next check.
Has an agreed test inquiry reached the person or system that handles it?
Choose “Yes” only if the owner confirmed the exact test beyond the success screen. If a test is not authorized or has not been checked, choose “Not sure.” For an email or phone-only route, choose “No form.”
Record: Yes / No / Not sure / No form. Add the evidence and next check.
Does the buyer know what happens after they inquire?
Look for an accurate explanation of the next step and who will respond. Any response-time promise should match what the business can actually deliver.
Record: Yes / No / Not sure. Add the evidence and next check.
